Post Gift
Buffy comes back from the dead ten years after sacrificing herself to save Dawn from Glory. The First Evil has been defeated and Dawn is about to marry a newly human Spike. Buffy wanders to Los Angeles and finds out that Angel has become deeply involved with a Fred, the girl he rescued from Pylea. Buffy gets hit/attacked and is rescued by Cordelia and Gunn.
They tend to her wounds inside the Hyperion until Angel and Fred come downstairs from their latest little rendezvous. Cordelia tells Angel that Buffy is back and now he has to choose from the life he’d once wanted to the life he now leads.
